**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ELV projects.
- Review proposal drawings (DWGs) and prepare BOQs for pricing and estimation.
- Conduct and support site visits for project assessments and progress tracking.
- Upload and manage MOI documentation for DSA and DIA approvals.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and updates.
- Monitor project schedules, track milestones and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, method statements, drawings, and progress reports.
- Track procurement processes and monitor the status of material deliveries.
- Update and manage project trackers such as material logs, document logs, and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Attend site meetings, record minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to client specifications and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support the testing, commissioning, and final handover phases of the project.
- Facilitate smooth communication between technical teams and project management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination within the ELV or MEP contracting industry.
- Excellent communication skills in **both Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, fire alarm, etc.).
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and preparing BOQs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle site coordination.
