The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 6 - 12 months and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

**As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in**:
**As part of this program, you will be responsible for**:

- Working on various planning tools (management assignments) within the organization.
- Closing working with project managers / shop planner on necessary support day to day business needs.
- Participating in career development and formal training, receiving coaching and mentoring.
- Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with organization leaders.
- Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
- Drive continuous process improvement using initiatives
- Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Health, Environment and Safety compliance.

**Fuel your passion**

**T**o be successful in this traineeship you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering from an accredited university
- Legal right to work without restrictions or company sponsorship in Qatar.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Graduated from your Bachelors’ degree within the last 24 months.
- Be a Qatari National and able to travel internationally.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships and network across all levels
- Show a strong aptitude for and an innovative approach to planning techniques.
- Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approach
- Flexible working hours
- Experience in MS office functions including excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook
- Experience in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP an advantage
