HIA Healthcare is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, career-driven individual to grow the HIA’s Behavioral Health & Autism center in DOHA. HIA Healthcare is a leader in providing cutting edge behavioral health services, and the Intake Manager and Community Relations will represent HIA Healthcare’s services and vision while working closely with the organization’s executive team to execute its ongoing growth strategy.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**:

- Develops and manages HIA Healthcare development plan for Qatar and GCC.
- Works with clinical leadership and executive team to achieve organization’s identified growth and expansion goals
- Works closely with government and community to identify strategies for developing new partner.
- Leads all aspects of the upcoming marketing campaign
- Develops and manages community relations and communications strategy to support organization's growth and development plan
- Works closely with current and prospective clients/partners including contract monitors and liaisons
- Works with program staff and contractors to execute communications and public relations/outreach strategies aimed at increasing engagement, revenue, public awareness and support
- Represents HIA Healthcare in city and region based collaborative groups and systems of care meetings as needed and as a stand in for the CEO

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business-related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Intake experience at Autism center or behavioral health experienced preferred
- Five (5) years of experience at the leadership level in health care settings, preferably Behavioral Health/Mental Health. Thorough understanding and operational knowledge of business operations management within a healthcare setting is essential.
- Communication skills, verbal & written & interpersonal skills necessary to develop & maintain a wide variety of cooperative working relationships and to convey information clearly & consistently.
- Proficiency with database management and spreadsheet analysis required.
- Requires strong interpersonal communication, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires the ability to work independently as well as with teams.
- Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care and business professionals at all levels
