**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and morale.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct periodic assessments of employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Establish and maintain an organized and efficient document control system.
- Manage the creation, review, and distribution of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track and update document versions, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date repository.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper document handling and storage.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in welfare officer or document controller.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software.
- **Advance Excel** is a must & **Power BI** is a plus point.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
