**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and engage with prospective customers, contractors, and pool maintenance companies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients to promote our pool equipment range.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
- **Technical Support & Consultation**:

- Provide technical expertise on pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other related equipment.
- Assist clients with equipment selection, offering customized solutions to meet their pool design and maintenance needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers and partners.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the pool equipment market.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align customer feedback with new product offerings.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries, provide quotations, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pool equipment or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of pool systems and equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and water treatment solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
