Lead a team of the Project Services staff to provide Cost Estimation, Cost Monitoring and Control (including budget

control), Planning and scheduling, Invoice Processing & Monitoring and Document Control services with focus on the

successful project execution on time, within budget and in accordance with the project requirements & support in achieving

the highest levels of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Standards in compliance with QHSE Management System

**Experience & Skills**
20 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with an IOC/NOC, EPIC Contractor or Oil & Gas Company in

major projects implementation, of which a minimum of 5 years in the position of Head/Lead Project Control Engineer with

IOC/ NOC company or EPIC Contractor in Oil & Gas Industry.

Hands on experience with planning and scheduling software packages such as Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk

Analysis, MS Project, MS Office and SAP.

Hands on experience in Cost Monitoring/Control and Reporting processes.

Experienced in the implementation of industry best practices and Company's systems, processes and standards.

Experienced in supporting development of project execution strategies, engineering and project management processes

and project execution plans.

Familiar with activities and tasks related to engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up

of Onshore Major projects.

Extensive skills in management, effective communication, conflict resolution and presentation ability.

**Education**
1. B.Sc. in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous.

2. Membership of a recognized professional association/institution. PMP certification or MBA would be advantageous.
