**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Install, test, and commission BMS systems including software configuration and hardware setup.
- Ensure that all equipment and control systems are properly installed according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- **Monitoring and Troubleshooting**:

- Monitor BMS systems to ensure efficient operation of building utilities such as HVAC, lighting, and power systems.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions in BMS and associated systems (sensors, control panels, etc.), and take corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform regular preventative maintenance on BMS systems and associated HVAC equipment.
- Ensure software updates, backups, and control system calibrations are conducted periodically.
- **Programming and Adjustments**:

- Modify and optimize control strategies and programs to enhance system performance.
- Adjust set points and programming to meet energy-saving objectives and client requirements.
- **Energy Management**:

- Support energy conservation efforts by identifying opportunities for reducing energy consumption through the BMS.
- Monitor energy usage patterns and provide reports on system performance.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation and records of BMS maintenance, repairs, software changes, and calibration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Facility Manager on the status of BMS systems.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Comply with health and safety policies, ensuring that all works are risk-assessed and proper PPE is used.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure integrated system operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for replacement parts or system upgrades.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or certificate in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), particularly in a facility management setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and BMS logic.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- 12-hour duty (with 1-hour break).
- Must be flexible to work on weekends or public holidays if required.
- May involve occasional lifting or moving of heavy equipment.
- Exposure to plant rooms, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces may be necessary.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
