The Kiosk Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the kiosk's daily operations, and ensuring the kiosk meets its sales or service goals. The assistant will handle transactions, assist customers with product or service inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kiosk environment.

**Customer Service**
- Greet customers as they approach the kiosk.
- Assist customers with product/service information and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous manner.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit/debit card payments, or digital payments.

**Sales and Product Knowledge**
- Promote and upsell products or services offered at the kiosk.
- Stay informed about the products/services, including features, pricing, and promotions.

**Kiosk Maintenance**
- Keep the kiosk area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish products or supplies as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor/manager.
- Ensure that all equipment (e.g., point-of-sale systems, displays) is functioning properly.

**Cash Handling and Reporting**
- Accurately handle cash and complete transactions.
- Maintain a cash drawer and ensure it balances at the end of the shift.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the manager.

**Compliance and Security**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and any applicable laws.
- Follow security procedures to prevent theft or loss.

**Additional Tasks**
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the kiosk as needed.
- Support marketing efforts such as distributing promotional materials or engaging in customer loyalty programs.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, sales trends, and operational challenges.

**The schedule may include weekends, holidays, and evenings, depending on the location and business hour**

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
