**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and motivate a team of 4-5 sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals. Train, coach, and support team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Service Excellence**: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Lead by example in handling customer inquiries and concerns.

**Sales and Performance Goals**:Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Monitor and report on team performance, sales figures, and customer feedback to management. Implement strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.

**Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure product availability. Coordinate with management to reorder products as necessary and assist in stock organization.

**Visual Merchandising**:Ensure the kiosk is always well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Oversee the setup of product displays, promotional materials, and signage to optimize sales and enhance the customer experience.

**Operational Efficiency**:Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Complete daily sales reports, track inventory movement, and manage cash reconciliations. Report any issues or concerns to the store manager promptly.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience (Must)**

Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Education**:
Bachelor's (required)

**Language: (Must)**
- English (required)
- Arabic (required)

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
