We are hiring for an experienced Senior Florist for Moyses Stevens, Qatar.

London’s oldest florist, Moyses Stevens, have been making bouquets and flowers installations since 1876. We are Britain’s leading florist and have a storied history creating floral designs combining our trademark hand tied bouquet designs with award-winning British blooms. Our combination of style, quality and flair have made our name synonymous with luxury flowers and floral gifts.

Job Description:

- Plant maintenance and able to give advice to customers
- Extensive knowledge of flower names and varieties
- Able to use all systems such as till and Detrack
- Cash handling and use of PDQ machine
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures at all times
- Working within a team
- Serving Customers
- Clear understanding of the company structure
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of a Line Manager
- Flower and Plant ordering
- Ability to embrace and execute all styles and areas of floristry
- Production speed of a minimum of 4 bouquets per hour
- Attendance and assistance on offsite installations
- Work alone offsite (eg, corporate and client home installations)

**Skills**:

- Training new staff
- End of week reporting (petty cash, budgets etc)
- Preparation of mood boards and quotations
- Planning designs and installations
- Clear understanding of the company structure
- Ability to make decisions in the absence of a Direct Manager
- Ordering of flowers and sundries within budget
- RotaCloud Management
- Budget Management
- Reporting directly to Area Manger concerning staff issues
