**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a florist, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in various floral designs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of floral design techniques, flower care, auction negotiation, flower selection, marketing, sales and seasonal availability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in florist or a related field is preferred.
- Qatar Driving License is Must.
