HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to employee's HR related Inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely manner.
- Prepare contracts, job descriptions, job advertisements, etc..
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Coordinate changes to employees terms i.e promotion letters, department moves etc.
- Prepare HR documents ( i.e employment contracts, contract department)
- Process Payroll Changes ( e.g new hires, termination, salary and allowance changes)
- Address issues and questions regarding the payroll from employees.
**Requirements**:
Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Must have thorough knowledge of Qatar Labor law.
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage sensitive information appropriately and confidentially
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimum supervision
- Able to collaborate with the team and wider business
- Effective time management
- A Level or equivalent standard of education
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources either through study or previous work.
- Valid QID is a must with availability to transfer sponsorship if needed.
