Assistant Manager

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **5 to 7 years **of managing HR Operations.
- **Master’s Degree** in Human Resources Management, Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR, or other advanced HR qualifications.
- Certifications such as **SHRM-CP**, **CHRP**, or **Associate CIPD** would be a strong advantage.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency - native)
- Strong conflict management experience.
- Analytical ability to analyze HR metrics.
- Experience in adapting changing Business needs.
- Strong relationship building skills, capable of collaboratively with employees at all levels & across departments.
