Admin Marketing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:
- Prepare, maintain, and manage documentation such as client agreements, invoices, job orders, and quotations.
- Maintain organized records of all manpower deployments and client interactions.
- Coordinate internally between recruitment, operations, and finance teams for seamless service delivery.
**Marketing & Client Coordination**:
- Conduct indoor marketing activities to promote services to new and existing clients.
- Handle cold and warm calls to prospective clients and schedule appointments for meetings.
- Prepare and send professional proposals and quotations to clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and service inquiries.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly communicate with clients regarding workforce requirements, feedback, and service performance.
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues or concerns promptly.
**Reporting & Compliance**:
- Generate regular reports on sales activity, client interactions, and workforce status.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws related to manpower services.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in an **admin, marketing, or coordination** role within the **manpower or recruitment industry**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of **Microsoft Office** tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and documentation processes.
- Must be well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
- **Valid QID and NOC are mandatory**.
- **Immediate availability** is required.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
