**Job Summary**
Betterhomes Qatar, a leading real estate company since 2009, is seeking motivated and dynamic Leasing Agents to join our team in Doha. The role focuses on property leasing and client relationship management in a competitive and fast-growing market.

**Responsibilities**
- Promote and lease properties to clients
- Guide customers through property viewings and lease agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors
- Update and manage property listings in company systems
- Stay informed about Qatar’s real estate market and laws (training provided)
- Report daily activities to your team leader

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (real estate in Qatar preferred)
- **Valid Qatari Driving License and own car (mandatory)**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Transferable visa with NOC
- Open to all nationalities
- Must be located in Qatar

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive commission structure with high earning potential
- Monthly allowance of **1,500 QAR for the first 3 months**:

- Marketing and lead generation support
- Ongoing training and career growth opportunities
