**Experience**:

- Install, configure and maintain databases including Always On Availability Groups and Active-Active failover clustering implementations
- Oversee and troubleshoots DB upgrade activities including the implementation of hotfixes and service packs
- Engage with Disaster recovery activities
- Conduct administration activities - database health check, DMV queries, index optimization, performance tuning, query optimization, maintenance plans, link servers, etc. Use DMV to improve performance and monitoring.
- Extensive use of Microsoft backup methodologies, their implementation via GUI as well as scripts. Setup and schedule backups, create and schedule jobs, alerts and operators using SQL Server Agent and database restores
- SQL Server performance tuning - query analysis plans, tuning stored procedures, troubleshooting deadlocks, blocks and long running queries, isolating and resolving I/O bottlenecks and CPU bottlenecks
- Support, Maintain, and configure security settings and standards
- Support and Maintain Microsoft SQL Server licensing, Microsoft Analytics Platform System, MS Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse environments, SharePoint environment, Integration between SQL Server/SharePoint/MS Office
- Install, configure and support SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services and SQL Server Analysis Service
- Develop ETL tool (SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services
- Develop Multi-Dimensional and Tabular Model including MDX and DAX (SSAS - SQL Server Analysis Services)

Support and maintain Microsoft Reporting Tools (PowerPivot, PowerView, SQL Server Reporting Services, Performance Point)

Ability to commute/relocate:
