Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
**Job Description** Director of Spa**

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring an exceptional and unique guest experience that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence. This role involves leading a team of skilled spa professionals, curating innovative wellness programs, and achieving financial targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and service standards tailored to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
- Manage spa budgets, financial plans, and control expenditures to meet financial objectives.
- Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Design and promote bespoke spa services, wellness packages, and signature treatments exclusive to Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North.
- Ensure all spa operations adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of the state-of-the-art spa facilities.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotions that enhance the spa's visibility and revenue.
- Stay updated with the latest spa and wellness trends to keep Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North at the forefront of luxury wellness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and suppliers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury spa treatments, services, and products.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
