With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our **Cargo Commercial Team** in **Doha **as a **Manager Cargo Marketing and Communications.**

The role will be responsible to enable QR Cargo to meet its commercial objectives, assume overall responsibility for the development of the global marketing strategy by planning, developing, and implementing the full range of marketing activities. The role will also promote and position QR Cargo as a clearly differentiated market leader in the global air cargo industry through the use of research, market
- targeting and intelligent branding.

Some of the tasks include:

- Define and identify relevant target markets and segments.
- Develop and implement QR Cargo brand strategy as well as define and articulate the organization brand values, image and personality.
- Understand client needs in the B2B context through market research and structured sales feedback and continuously undertake analysis of the competitive environment, market trends, competitor products and services and the evolving needs of the supply chain with a view to constantly benchmark QR Cargo profile and proposition.
- Employ the full range of marketing
- mix including the through-the-line campaigns, events, digital marketing, sponsorship and advertising, advancing QR Cargo’s image and market profile globally.
- Build and maintain a strong network of agency partnerships (in particular creative, event management and PR.
- Introduce best practice approaches and leafing technology solutions to QR Cargo’s approach to marketing, including pioneering the introduction of CRM and the development of a client loyalty programme.
- Manage, develop and coach all direct reporting staff and define and agree on talent development strategies and evaluate the department or team’s objectives, plans, procedures, and practices and make appropriate changes if needed.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the air cargo/ airfreight industry in a managerial capacity
- Good experience of major technology deliveries with excellent grounding in modern marketing practices
- Strong understanding of the airline cargo value chain in a range of key commercial functions
- Strong command of the English language with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills as well as stakeholder management skills
- Analytical with high
- level problem solving and decision
- making skills
- Proven track record of managing a team, creating an empowering environment and encouraging individual ownership and initiative
- Ability and dedication to work with data, drive digitization and innovation, and promote change management
