**Space Cargo is a leading cargo and logistics associate of Space Travel under Mannai Corporation, representing Philippine Airlines and Flydubai as their General Sales Agent in Qatar. As a member of the JCTRANS Network, Space Cargo facilitates the transfer and management of various types of cargo, offering services such as import/export clearance, freight forwarding, and specialized transportation of live animals and human remains. With a strong global network of approved agents, Space Cargo ensures seamless logistics operations.

**Job Profile**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **Cargo Manager **to join our team and spearhead the growth and expansion of our cargo business. As a Cargo Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire cargo business, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our services and market presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the cargo business, including operations, sales, customer service, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the cargo business and expand market share.
- Collaborate with partner airlines, clients, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
- Oversee the cargo team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
- Implement and maintain effective processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the cargo and logistics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, government authorities, suppliers, and customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the cargo team.

**Skills Desired**:

- Proven experience in cargo management, preferably in the aviation or logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms used in the cargo and logistics industry.
