**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Cross functional and commercial leadership

Communication with Suppliers

Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities

A passion for innovation and be open and agile to enable the business in a strategic way

Further development for briefing agency on product concept, theme and Budget.

Discuss, agree with immediate superior and fine tune brand strategies and plans for each brand handled, which clearly sets out in detail the strategies and quantifies, specifies key objectives and spends for each part of the marketing mix to achieve those objectives.

Stay current on market trends and competitive activity

Establish and maintain brand budgets

Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media

Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative

Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as Sales assistants and CEO)

organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.

3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management

Preferred 2 years’ experience in beauty & cosmetics industry

Proven ability to work cross-functionally

Experience managing a brand across multiple markets

Creative thinker and problem solver

Strong communication skills

Brand management experience, with a solid understanding of brand management principles and techniques

Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:
