Review, participate and assist in carrying out heavy lifts and loadout activities across various McDermott Fabrication facilities.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assist other fabrication facilities as Global rigging and heavy lift SME
- Read and understand rigging arrangement and drawings

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Knowledge of various lift and rigging tools and tackles
- Understanding of rigging calculations
- Understanding of safety factors and MBLs of various rigging gears
- Able to review and approve rigging and loadout plans
