**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC plan in compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Review project documentation, drawings, and reports to verify compliance with specifications.
- Lead and coordinate the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Civil Engineering or BSc in Engineering.
- IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent.
- MMUP Registration.
- Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
