**Job Purpose**:

- Coordinate and support the planning and development of the Operations Group Business Plan and Roadmap by prioritising strategies and stewarding KPIs.

**Key Job Accountabilities - I**:

- Coordinate data collection, validation, consolidation and reporting to support the development, implementation, and stewardship of Operations Group strategic planning and KPI reporting.
- Participate in the development of relevant corporate benchmarking efforts, identify potential areas for improvement and develop processes, procedures, guidelines, and systems to support best practices implementation.
- Support the development of Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and cost optimisation programs, maintain a register of initiatives, and provide progress updates based on stakeholder feedback.
- Develop or enhance existing data governance and management processes and establish and maintain a master database of related information in a structured and systematic manner.
- Participate in the development of dashboards and Insight Analytical Tools and programs to drive efficiencies. Establish processes to maintain the new systems and conduct periodic health checks.

**Key Job Accountabilities - II**:

- Support the Operations group focal point in the engagement of Operations leadership in the development of QGMS L3 processes.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the Operations Support Business Continuity Plan as per the defined process.
- Identify and compile priorities through alignment between outcomes of various opportunity identification programs like Operations situational analysis, CI/CO, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and steward section objectives, relevant milestones and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- HND in Engineering.

**Knowledge and/or Experience - I**:

- 8 years’ experience within Operations, Maintenance or Engineering functions.
- Experience in the development of Strategic Planning and KPI management processes.
- Experience implementing data management programs and strategies.
