**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a detailed study of tender documents such as drawings, specifications and scope of work.
- Preparing tender technical query & liaise with clients for clarifications.Implement tender strategy as per senior management.
- Coordinate with execution team to establish method statements and reflect the same in estimation.
- Establish direct cost resources required to execute various activities.Prepare man-hour calculations for various activities.
- Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and preparing site survey reports.Analyze vendor technical offers and commercial as well in view of project specifications and standards.
- Prepare vendors to cost comparative study report for selection of vendors/subcontractors & price.
- Preparing required bid documents including commercial and technical submittals.
- Monitor & report budget vs actual cost variance post contract award.Study and prepare contract variation request / claim.
- Provide support to the planning department by providing pre-contract terms & conditions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of MEP + E&I construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
