**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assess financial risks and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- provide strategic guidance to senior management on financial matters.

**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and the bord of directors.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
- Monitor and interpret financial indicators and trends to make informed recommendations.

**Commerical Finance Management**:

- Oversee the financial aspects of agreements and negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for pricing decisions, cost control, and profitability assessment.
- Collaborate with business development teams to evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.

**Financial Operations and Control**:

- Establish and maintain effective financial polices, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure Compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related filed.
- Must be a Charted Accountant( CA, CPA, ACCA)/ or MBA+ any accounting qualification (CFA, CMA)
- 10-15 years of proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
