Business Development Executive (Commission Based) for Qatar

**Job Description**:
ELEV8IN is a creative agency based in Qatar, specializing in a wide portfolio of activities from company formation to website design and digital marketing.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team on a commission
- basis. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels, including online and offline outreach, networking, and referrals.

2. Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand the client's needs, requirements, and goals.

3. Developing and presenting proposals and sales pitches to clients that showcase the agency's services and capabilities.

4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and generating revenue.

3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic

8. Based in Qatar
