About the role

Brand consultants are marketing professionals who specialize in the creation and implementation of brand strategies. They work with companies of all sizes to help them develop a clear identity, build strong relationships with their customers, and create compelling narratives that resonate with their target audience.

Brand consultants may also be called upon to manage day-to-day operations related to branding efforts. This might include overseeing the development of new products or services, managing the design and production of marketing materials, or coordinating with vendors on behalf of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting with clients to determine their needs and goals, identifying opportunities for growth within an existing brand, and developing plans to achieve them
- Consulting with clients on marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and improve sales
- Developing visual materials like brochures and catalogs to promote products or services
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in specific industries
- Creating a strategic plan for the client by analyzing existing marketing efforts, identifying target audiences, and creating a long term vision for the brand
- Working with designers to develop new product lines that appeal to current trends
- Coordinating all aspects of a company’s branding efforts, including establishing a logo, designing advertisements, and creating a unique voice or tone of voice for a brand that differentiates it from competitors
- Developing marketing strategies for specific brands, including creating slogans and taglines, designing ad campaigns, and selecting models for print ads or runway shows
- Identifying opportunities for new business opportunities by researching markets and competitors, developing business plans, and pitching ideas to investors

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in branding, marketing, or advertising
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative brand strategies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
