We are looking for and exceptional Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our expanding team You will manage all real estate transactions and operations on behalf of your clients.

We care about your specific objectives, and we serve each other and our clients with expertise and care.
- Communicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructions
- Arranging ‘market appraisals and photographs for the listing
- Handling inquiries from potential buyers and tenants - Qualifying customers and setting viewings
- Negotiating arrangements between the two parties
- Advising customers on market trends
- Making regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnerships
- In a normal day as a sales property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time 'taking-on' properties and conducting viewings with customers.
- You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:

- 2 years real estate experience

Preferably females.

Salary is on Commission Basis
