**Job Title: Vice President - Sales (Printing, Packaging & Corporate Gifting)**
**Location**: Qatar

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve **individual monthly sales target of QAR 40,000** and ensure the **department meets QAR 100,000** target.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team to expand client base and increase market share.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and business networking events to generate leads.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven **sales experience in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting** industry in the GCC, preferably Qatar.
- **Qatar Driving License is mandatory.**:

- Must be **immediately available to generate sales from Month 1.**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability.
- Must be results-driven — **“No Sales = No Salary”** policy applies.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: QAR 10,000
- **Accommodation Allowance**: QAR 3,000
- **Fuel Allowance**: QAR 1,000
- **Company SIM card provided**:

- **Incentives/Bonuses based on overachievement**: 10% on total Department Sales and 5% on Individual Sales Generated
- **Strict Sales KPIs enforced**

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
