**Job Title**: QA/QC Painting Inspector - Qatar Energy Approved (2 Positions)

**Location**: Doha, Qatar

**Experience**: 5-7 years

**Education**: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform visual and non-destructive inspections of painting activities in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections of painting materials, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review painting procedures, specifications, and work instructions to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
- Document inspection findings, including non-conformances and deviations, and communicate findings to project management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and best practices during painting activities, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in audits and assessments of painting processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to painting crews, subcontractors, and vendors to promote continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Qatar Energy Approved certification for Painting Inspection is Preffered.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC painting inspection within the oil and gas industry or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment used in industrial environments.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Valid work authorization in Qatar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
