Talent Acquisition Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy**:Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans for each event or project.
**Event Staffing**:Work closely with project managers to understand the staffing requirements for upcoming events.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for event staff, ensuring timely and efficient selection.
**Employer Branding**:Contribute to the development of an attractive employer brand, showcasing the company's culture and values.
Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
**Onboarding Support**:Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Provide support and information to new employees, ensuring a positive introduction to the company.
**Qualifications**:
- **Must be residing in Qatar**:
- **Must have QID**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the events industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, New grad
**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
