As a Fleet Coordinator at Flank Tech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our taxi fleet. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of drivers and vehicles, maintaining schedules, and optimizing the allocation of resources. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driver Management**:
Recruit, train, and supervise taxi drivers.
Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
Provide support and guidance to drivers when needed.

**Fleet Maintenance**:
Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
Schedule regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.

**Scheduling and Dispatch**:
Create and maintain daily driver schedules.
Efficiently dispatch drivers to meet customer demand.
Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to optimize service delivery.

**Customer Service**:
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

**Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of driver shifts, vehicle maintenance, and incidents.
Generate reports for management on fleet performance and metrics.

**Resource Optimization**:
Optimize vehicle allocation to maximize fleet utilization.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in using fleet management software and technology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
