Flank Tech is a leading taxi company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable Limousine Management services. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to manage our fleet and ensure smooth operations.

*Job Description:*

As a Fleet Coordinator at Flank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our fleet. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of drivers and vehicles, maintaining schedules, and optimizing the allocation of resources. Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Driver Management:*
- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Provide support and guidance to drivers when needed.

2. *Fleet Maintenance:*
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Schedule regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.

3. *Scheduling and Dispatch:*
- Create and maintain daily driver schedules.
- Efficiently dispatch drivers to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to optimize service delivery.

4. *Customer Service:*
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

5. *Record Keeping:*
- Maintain accurate records of driver shifts, vehicle maintenance, and incidents.
- Generate reports for management on fleet performance and metrics.

6. *Resource Optimization:*
- Optimize vehicle allocation to maximize fleet utilization.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
