We are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage both retail sales and financial accounting duties in our store. This role requires excellent customer service skills while also handling financial reporting, bookkeeping, and inventory tracking.

**ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting products and providing excellent service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of store products, pricing, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle cash/card payments.
- Track and manage store inventory, ensuring stock levels are updated.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

**Accounting Responsibilities**:

- Record daily sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain **income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements**.
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile daily sales reports and perform end-of-day financial balancing.
- Monitor inventory costs and prepare periodic financial summaries.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles and store policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in both retail sales and accounting (preferably in a retail or gift shop setting).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in **accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Excel**.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, including income statements and bookkeeping.
- Ability to operate a computer efficiently, including managing digital sales systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask between sales and accounting duties.
- Must be fluent in both **English and Arabic**.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable means of transportation (own vehicle preferred).

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
