**Job Title**: Key Account Specialist - Retail / Sales

**Location**: Doha - Qatar

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop relationships with key retail and trade accounts.
- Act as the main contact point for assigned customers, addressing all sales-related inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective account management and market execution.
- Plan and implement sales strategies, promotions, and brand activities to increase market share.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, stock levels, and promotional compliance.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and account reviews to management.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, retail, or key account management (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods).
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with solid reporting and forecasting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
