KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. KONE seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Modernization Sales Engineer to join our office. To complement our growth plans, Modernization sales is a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic **Sales Engineer**to be based in our Doha, Qatar office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.
A **service mindset**is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty. Hence, we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.
**Are you the one?**
- University degree holder
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management & Business Development
- Elevator & Escalator sales experience is preferred
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Fluent in Arabic and English communication, presentation, negotiation, and solution selling skills
