**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Diagnose and develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, setting specific goals for each client.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to individuals with diverse needs, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions.
- Implement therapy sessions targeting speech production, language comprehension and expression, articulation, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and integrate therapy goals into overall treatment plans.
- Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches and goals as needed.
- Educate and involve families in therapy processes, providing strategies and home-based activities to support progress.
- Stay updated on the latest research, evidence-based practices, and interventions in the field of speech and language therapy for individuals with special needs.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and assist in developing and implementing center-wide programs and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Professional Licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
