**Job Summary**:
The Sales Trainer will design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, with a specific focus on the automotive industry. This role will support the organization’s objectives by improving sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge to ensure that the team can deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop customized training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills tailored for the automotive industry.
- Regularly update training content to align with new automotive products, industry trends, and market changes.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for the sales team.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching on effective sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Role-play scenarios to enhance the team’s response to customer objections and improve persuasion skills.
- Educate the sales team on automotive products, including technical specifications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Implement certification programs to ensure team members meet product knowledge standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing sales data, feedback, and KPI achievements.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
- Identify and address individual and group training needs through assessments and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align training with the overall sales strategy.
- Assist in developing sales scripts and pitches that align with company standards and target market expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive products, and new training methods.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to engage the sales team and improve the training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in automotive studies or a technical diploma is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry.
