**About the role**

Other operational duties would include:

- Perform analysis in the area of remuneration and organization design to highlight relevant insights and trends.
- Develop dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Consult with internal HR business partners, department heads and management to develop and test hypothesis in the area of remuneration and organization design.
- Showcase dashboards and insights to management and other stakeholders to drive a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Educate HR colleagues on data-driven decision-making, data analytics and dashboards.
- Provide expertise and support on Remuneration and Organization Design projects.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Remuneration and Organization Design Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment

Essential
- Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits and/or organization design related experience
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, with an emphasis on data analytics, visualization and dashboarding, preferably in business operations or HR
- Experience in a multinational corporation environment

Preferred
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and/or data warehouse development projects
- Accreditation in data analytics, compensation and benefits and/or organization design highly desirable
- Experience in a consulting environment an asset
