**Your day to day**
As a Commis 1 - Pastry, you will support the Chef de Partie in his duties to ensure that all food is served according to pre determined methods of cooking and plating instructions.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

- Minimum one year of experience as a Commis Chef in Pastry or similar in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
- Flexibility in shifts
