**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming Sixt customers and following Sixt standards.
- Check if the customers have all the required documents present to set up their rental agreement.
- Ensure the security of company assets by qualifying all renters.
- Assist customers with directions and car rental information.
- Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of stations and follow the daily game plan.
- Represent the Sixt Qatar with positive customer experience & educating customers about our products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate.
- Proudly represent Sixt Qatar with your professional appearance, language, and behavior.
- Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration to grow our market share and display positive team reputation.
- Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.
- Sale skills with the ability to determine needs. (Cross selling), Ability to solve customers’ problems without hesitation. (Problem resolution).
- Build Brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably 2 - 4 years’ experience of car rental or automotive industry.
- Preferably having a valid driving license.
- Good communication skill oral and written in English and preferably Arabic & French
- Ability to use effective sales techniques.
- Preferably transferable visa with NOC.
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
- Computer skills and good oral and written communication.
- Good personality & presentation skills.
- Previous International car rental would be preferred.
