**Job Purpose**:
The Operations Manager for Qatar will be responsible for the resourcing and delivery of all project operations in country and be company representative for clients and associated stakeholders and is accountable for project safety and conformity with the contract.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Safety and Quality**
- The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring field operations are executed safely and in accordance with both Cyberhawk and client safety policies and local regulatory standards.
- The Operations Manager will ensure all incidents are fully investigated and corrective action taken as well as developing a positive and robust safety culture across the Operations Team in Qatar.
- Manage Safety and Quality reviews and Internal/External audits to drive business and process improvements

**Field Operations**
- Ensuring field operations are appropriately resourced with the appropriate levels of field team skills to deliver the project from data collection, inspection and reporting to the client.
- Scheduling field operations and supporting those teams, including identifying future gaps and appropriate mitigations within the budget
- Key to this role is client relationship and interface to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery. Implementing appropriate communications channels between field, office teams as well as updating the client is critical to success.
- Producing project reports for both the client and internal management on project KPI’s, challenges and opportunities
- Ensure the team has fit for purpose equipment for all aspects of their role
- Identify systems and processes to mitigate logistics challenges such as transport, local regulations, site access and permissions

**People**
- A strong people management skills to lead a team in country, work closely with the client and colleagues overseas.
- Instill the Cyberhawk culture and values into the Operations Team in Qatar.
- Lead the Operations team ensure clear communication of project deliverables and potential challenges and manage the performance of the team.
- Working with the Business Manager in country, ensure the team have the skills and knowledge for the project and identify and resolve gaps in training.
- Manage working conditions and hours to deliver a safe and high performing team focused on project KPIs.
- Accountability for all aspects the Health and wellbeing of the Qatari Operations team.
- Monitor project activity and progress and report as appropriate on project milestones.
- Ensure all project variations are appropriately approved and documented to ensure avoid contractual disputes and payment delays.

**Contract Management**
- Ensure all aspects of the QE-Cyberhawk contract are executed.

**Knowledge and Skills required**:
Essential
- In possession of a degree
- 10 years relevant O&G industry experience
- Previous experience as Operations Manager

Desirable
- Experience in the Middle East
