**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site construction activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress according to schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety regulations. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to provide guidance to the construction team as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures and measures to achieve project goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an On-Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic or any other language is a plus.
