**Job Title**: Admin/ Customer Service Representative (CSR)

**Job Type**: Full-time
NOC and valid ID required.

We’re looking for a skilled **CSR/Admin** with 2+ years of experience to support **vendor management**, **client relations**, and **administrative functions**. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
- **Vendor Management**: Oversee the vendor registration process, document collection, verification, and ensure accurate data entry in the ERP system.
- **Client Relations**: Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and allocate new clients based on the strengths of the sales team.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and general office management.
- **Communication & Coordination**: Manage communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in an admin or customer service role.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary will be discussed during the interview.
