**Job Title**: Kitchen Equipment Technician

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and steamers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair **HVAC systems**, **walk-in chillers**, **cold rooms**, **freezers**, **ice machines**, and other refrigeration systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from kitchen or facility staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service tasks, repairs, and parts usage.
- Maintain tools and testing equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external suppliers or service providers when needed.
- Comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain service logs and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Support equipment installation and relocation projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5-7 years of experience** in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
- Proven expertise in handling **HVAC**, **chillers**, **freezers**, and other refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components in kitchen environments
- Familiarity with safety and operational standards in commercial kitchens
- Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- **Valid driving license** is mandatory
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or emergencies when required
