- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues with kitchen machinery.

- Maintain accurate service records and reports for all equipment serviced.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Recommend replacement or upgrades when equipment is beyond repair.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of appliances.
- Good understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant technical certification is a plus (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, electrical).
