We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at Tradeline Group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth logistics and shipments, and delivering excellent customer service. If you're detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Operations Management:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics for deliveries and shipments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Oversee inventory tracking and reporting.
- Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and issues with effective solutions.
- Provide customers with updates on deliveries and services.
- Administrative Tasks:

- Assit with basic accounts (track invoices,payments,and expenses)
- Assist with record-keeping, order processing, and basic data entry.
- Support the management team with day-to-day office duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations or customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,200.00 per month

- Doha (preferred)
