Role Overview As the Commercial Manager - Brand Buying & Marketing, you will act as the main point of contact for all brand partners and suppliers. You’ll be responsible for driving brand performance across procurement, marketing coordination, retail visibility, and supplier reporting. will work closely with the Marketing, Inventory, and Retail teams to ensure smooth brand launches, strategic campaigns, and the successful delivery of commercial plans. **Key Responsibilities** **Brand Buying & Procurement** - Lead supplier negotiations including pricing, margin targets, launch terms, and promotional - deals. - Manage purchase orders, stock forecasts, and replenishment in coordination with the - inventory team. - Ensure all FOC items, testers, and sampling agreements are received as per contract. **Brand Marketing & Campaign Planning** - Align closely with the marketing team to plan brand launch calendars, key campaigns, and - seasonal activations. - Work with suppliers to secure marketing support: assets, content, co-funding, and - exclusive offers. - Coordinate with the creative team to ensure brand pages, banners, and assets go live on - time. **Retail Visibility & Activation** - Ensure brand presence in stores and pop-ups reflects supplier expectations (displays, - testers, signage). - Manage brand merchandising within retail space and coordinate launch events if - applicable. **Reporting & Supplier Communication** - Prepare and share monthly brand performance reports (sales, inventory, returns, best - sellers). - Host regular review meetings with suppliers to discuss performance, feedback, and - upcoming plans. - Track competitor activity and market trends to inform future brand decisions. **Cross-functional Collaboration** - Coordinate with: - Inventory for stock and deliveries - Marketing for digital and in-store campaigns - Web team for brand pages and assets - Retail teams for sales alignment **Requirements**: - 3+ years experience in procurement, brand management, trade marketing, or commercial - roles (beauty or FMCG preferred) - Strong negotiation and supplier management skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Commercial mindset with a keen eye for retail and market trends - Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning projects end-to-end - Fluent in English and Arabic. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Nationality **Experience**: - Beauty and Fmcg: 4 years (required)
