**Finance Associate - Accounts Receivable**

**About the role
**You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the Accounts Receivables of QR Group Customers in line with QR policies and the Accounts Receivable Manual. Ensure daily accounting of all channels of collectible Receivables and Refunds, in Cash, Credit Card, Internet and other Form of Payments as well as raising Invoices and Credit Notes. You will be reconciling various types of customers (Internal & External) for QR and QR Subsidiaries.

**Accountabilities**
- Ensure daily and accurate recording and accounting of all receivables in the respective Customer Account.
- Reconcile and allocate the receivables to the respective outstanding Sales or Services Invoice in the Customer.
- Daily Reconciliation for Sales and Refunds.
- Timely raising Invoices to Internal & External Customers.
- Review AR Customer Accounts on daily basis and perform timely set-off to ensure an up-to-date receivables.
- Ensure Credit Card transactions, Chargebacks are reviewed, reconciled and set-off accurately.
- Review and check AR related balance sheet GL accounts and ensure accuracy with all balances tallied.
- Prepare and Submit Statement of Accounts to QR Group Subsidiaries to reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Maintain strong follow up mechanism to ensure prompt recoveries and clean aging.
- Scan and dispatch invoices to respective Customer promptly to avoid delays in payment.

**Qualifications**:
About you

You will possess:

- A minimum of 3 years specialist of job-related experience required.
- Accounting experience of 3 years in Airlines or Travel Agencies with at least 2 years in similar capacity.
- User level experience in Oracle ERP.
- Understanding IATA BSP billing cycle and BSP Link.
- Knowledge about the process of Airline Ticket Sales and Refunds is preferred.
- Proficient with Excel Spread Sheets.
- Very good command of English language
