HR Assistant (Female) We're looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time, entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in human resources and recruitment. Responsibilities Support the recruitment team by posting job ads on various portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. Maintain and update candidate databases and assist in building a pipeline of talent for future openings. Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, managing employee files, and coordinating interviews. Provide support to the recruitment and business development teams with market mapping and candidate sourcing. Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support or recruiter role is preferred. A high level of organization, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Proficiency in using MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent English and Hindi communication skills are preferred. A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required. Immediate availability to start is essential.
